Warranty Policy

At COREPULSE BRAND, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

All of our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship that may affect the normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications and repairs that are not authorized by COREPULSE BRAND.

If you believe your item has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product. Our team will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other support.
